Domestic Shipping Policy
Order Processing Time
All orders can be processed within 1-3 business days, although we do our best to process orders the same day if received prior to 11 AM pacific standard time. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
All orders are shipped standard Ground unless an expedited option is chosen at check out. Typical ground shipping time is 1-5 days depending on shipping destination. Please allow additional time for processing, usually 24 to 48 hours. Shipping time displayed at checkout is intended to be an estimate and not guaranteed. Please allow adequate time between ordering and when you need your hardware by.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated based on your location.
Shipment methods may be by UPS, FedEx or USPS.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur. Please be mindful of this if ordering around any national holiday or if any national crises have occurred.
Free shipping may not apply on freight or oversized orders.
NYHardwareOnline.com does not ship to any P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
NYHardwareOnline.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please also contact us so that we can assist in remedying the situation.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
We currently do not ship outside the US.
