Finish Disclaimer

At New York Hardware, we strive to provide decorative hardware that meets our customers' expectations. However, due to manufacturing processes, variations in finish may occur. These variations are inherent to the production process and are not considered defects.

 

·                   Variations in color, texture, or patina are normal and may occur due to differences in manufacturing batches, lighting, or material composition.

• Finish samples and product images are for reference only and may not be an exact match to the final product received.

Claims for Defective or Damaged Items

• All claims regarding defective or damaged items must be reported within 3 days of receipt of the order.
• To submit a claim, please provide:
• Order number
• Clear photos of the item(s) in question
• A brief description of the issue
• Claims submitted after the 3-day window will not be eligible for replacement or refund.

Warranty Disclaimer

New York Hardware does not offer any type of warranty on the products we sell. All warranties or guarantees are limited to those offered by the manufacturer. Any warranty claims must be handled directly with the manufacturer. While we are happy to assist in facilitating communication with the manufacturer, we are not responsible for warranty coverage, approval, or resolution.
