Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners, especially on delicate materials like glass or ceramic. Additionally, periodically tighten screws to ensure hardware remains secure over time.

Manzoni extends a 3 year warranty on it's Classical product line.

The only obligation of Ashley Norton or Manzoni will be to repair or replace the defective product or parts upon presentation, together with proof of purchase dated within the warranty period. We assume no liability for any labor charges regarding the removal or reinstallation of the products; nor will we cover any freight, postage, or handling expense related to the product. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, misuse, abuse, tampering, extreme climatic conditions, improper installation or products used in commercial applications. In no event shall Ashley Norton or Manzoni be liable for any incidental or consequential damages arising from the sale or use of our products.

Some of the finishes and patinas shown in this brochure are 'living finishes'. These finishes may highlight, oxidize or rub off in places due to frequency of use; therefore such events do not constitute a defect. Thus, Ashley Norton cannot guarantee these finishes and we will not have any obligation to repair or replace such finishes under this warranty.
