Order Processing Time
All orders can be processed within 1-2 business days, although we do our best to process orders the same day if received prior to 11 AM pacific standard time. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping Time
All orders are shipped standard Ground unless an expedited option is chosen at check out. Typical ground shipping time is 1-5 days depending on shipping destination. Shipping time displayed at checkout is intended to be an estimate and not guaranteed. Please allow adequate time between ordering and when you need your hardware.

A brief description of the issue
Claims submitted after the 3-day window will not be eligible for replacement or refund.
